Sophie Pychlau is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University and earned her PhD at the University of Oregon.
In her research, Sophie investigates the new world of work, community, and employee voice. Sophie has published her research in the Journal of Applied Psychology.
Before her graduate work in management, Sophie has studied politics, economics, philosophy, and social welfare.
